We offer $10 flat-rate shipping on orders less than $100.

We currently ship with Canada Post. Orders that can fit in an Expresspost bag should arrive in 2-5 business days and larger orders that need to be boxed will arrive in 5-7 days.

We know you want your products as quickly as possible so we work hard to make sure it is sent out in 1-2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your packages tracking number.
Return Policy

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 10 days of your order date to initiate a return. Due to the fact that our products are for personal care, we cannot accept any returns of items that have been opened or used. All returns must be in original packaging, sealed, and unopened.

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item in error, please contact us within 10 days of your order date to initiate a return with return-shipping free of charge to you. Once we receive the item(s), we will ship a replacement to you within 3-5 business days.

Order cancellations can be made up to the date of shipment. Please contact us immediately so we can do our best to prevent the shipment. If an order has been shipped and you would like to proceed with the cancellation, you the buyer are solely responsible for all shipping charges of the package back to our location.
FAQ
Do you use lye(sodium hydroxide)?
​
Yes and so does every "from scratch" soap out there! Sodium hydroxide (NAOH) is nothing to fear! Lye is used in lots of products many of which we ingest. Things like converting corn into corn syrup or creating the iconic golden brown on our pretzels. To change liquid oils into a soapy solid we use lye (NAOH/ Sodium hydroxide) to create a reaction where a Na/sodium ion is deposited onto each oil molecule and then the OH evaporates over a 6 week curing process, leaving you with a solid bar. Some soapers also use KOH or potassium hydroxide which does the same thing but leaves you with a liquid soap instead.

What is soap ash
​
Soap ash or soda ash is a purely cosmetic problem most soapers face. It occurs when lye comes into contact with carbon dioxide in our air. Though it doesn't affect the functionality of the soap it can make it less pretty.

How to use laundry sticks
​
As a Laundry pretreatment simply dampen fabric with water, rub laundry stick onto stain and agitate material to form a rich lather. Rinse. Repeat if needed!
As an on the go spot remover simply wet the stain. Rub the stain stick on the spot and agitate material. Blot dry with paper towel or let air dry.

Why does my skin feel dry after washing?
​
Because natural soaps don't leave a film of yuck behind like most commercial soaps do. Natural soaps clean off all the grime and leave nothing behind, but they don't dry you out either, you will notice a minute of two after drying your skin will will feel nicely moisturized.
